Land Surveying Statutes & Case Law (8 PDHs) Available for Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois,and Mississippi. In this course we cover subjects of particular interest to land surveyors including, but not limited to, "acquiescence, adverse possession, boundaries, cemeteries, covenants, dedication, deeds, easements, encroachments, eminent domain, monuments, railroads, riparian rights & zoning". There is a 72 question question exam (passing grade 70%+) You will receive a 200+ page book of state statutes and case law covering the preceding subjects along with the 72 question exam and your answer sheet (1 page) for submission for grading.

Writing Effective Land Descriptions (3 PDHs) Available in all states. This course covers the elements contained within legal descriptions that is the responsibility of the land surveyor. Metes and Bounds and Public Land descriptions are reviewed showing various Captions, Bodies and Qualifying Clauses. There is a 20 question exam accompanied by a hardcopy manual. YOU MUST SUBMIT A SAMPLE DESCRIPTION WITH THE EXAM
